Rainbow Buddha Talon Abraxas
In Tibetan Buddhism, it is said that certain meditation practices can alter the appearance of the body, transforming it into five radiant lights. The name given to this physical fluorescence is βrainbow body.β
Anima Mundi, orThe Soul of the World. The Anima Mundi is the feminine creative power of God who turnsΒ the sphere of the stars and disperses planetary influences to nourish the material world.
The Anima Mundi appears in The History of the Macrocosm and the Microcosm of Robert Fludd, who described her as a βsupreme intelligenceβ of βan angelic nature.β
As man (the microcosm) has a soul, so must the macrocosm have a soul, Fludd said. The engraving of the Anima Mundi shows a virgin joined to God by a chain that descends through the levels of the hierarchy of Existence.Β
Of course, only put in your book of shadows/grimoire what you want. If you don't want to put certain subjects in your book then that's fine. It's your book, utilize it how you want. This is just a masterlist of ideas that I've put together. Feel free to add anything else to the list that I may have missed, because there's absolutely no way I included everything.
And for the love of all the gods, if you come across a closed entity or practice, don't try to work with the entity or practice if you're not already part of that group or tradition. You can research it but don't practice it.

π€πποΈπ§ββοΈ MUDRAS π§ββοΈποΈππ€
Meaning βSealβ, ΚΌMarkβ or βGestureβ in Sanskrit are said to intensify the Effects of our Yoga or Meditation practice, and Enhance the Flow of Energy β‘.
The specific origins of Mudras are unknown although theyβve been around for thousands of years, appearing in varying religions and traditions including Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Egyptian Hieroglyphics, Tantric rituals, Roman art, Asian Martial arts, Taoism, Indian Classical dance, even found in organizations such as Freemasons, and more.
While some Mudras involve the entire Body, most are Performed with the Hands and Fingers.
The purpose of these hand gestures varies according to tradition, from focusing Subtle Energy, transmitting teaching through symbols, Acting as a tool for Healing illness, even attributing Magical Powers or Psychic Abilities to the Practitioner.
In Yoga and Meditation many uses Mudras alongside Pranayama (Yoga Breathing exercises), usually when seated cross-legged in Sukhasana, Virasana or Padmasana.
Mudras are also incorporated into the Physical practice of Yoga Asana.
Performing Mudras have been said to stimulate the Flow of Prana (Life Force or Energy β‘) throughout the Body, and to Quieten the Mind by focusing it on the simple touch of our Hands or Fingers and to Intensify the Power of our practice.
According to Ayurveda, disease is the result of an Imbalance in our Body caused by a Deficiency or an Excess one of the Five Key Elements: Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.
Each of these is said to Play a specific Role within the Body and are represented by the Five Fingers:
The Thumb β Fire
The Forefinger β Wind
The Middle Finger β Ether (or Space)
The Ring Finger β Earth
The Little Finger β Water
The Fingers in essence Act as electrical circuits and the use of Mudras adjust the Flow of Energy which Balance these Elements, accentuating Healing.
