Idk how u guys feel abt the skk of pgr but so far their death flag is so big they died like a couple of time only for the constructs to broke the law of physics just to rescue their ass multiple times. Its like resuing a deer who stuck on the fence only for it to leap and stuck on another fence again
My sibling in christ the closest thing u get to a pension is a casket
I love Rimuru so fucking much, he's honestly one of the best isekai protagonists like, ever, to be honest.
He's not a child firstly, he's nearly 40 as of the start of the story, and it shows in how he acts.
He very smart, and while there are so many times that he's just oblivious, that's rather natural in a world he knows nothing about.
He's hopeful, and honestly a bit childishly so at times, wanting everyone to coexist together peacefully, however he's not naive. He knows, or at least comes to understand all the consequences of his actions.
Despite his want for peace, in this world of power he knows he needs to be ruthless, and when the time calls for it he is.
And on top of all that he's agender and asexual.
If I was a “Commoner” in the world of Overlord I’d open like a plushie/stuffie store and just have an isle of different types Ainz oal gown plushie and watch my shop make BANK
You already KNOW the guardians and the maids in Nazireck are gonna be my number one Source of income, Ainz has no Idea where their getting the money to buy all this but now half of Nazireck is filled with different kinds of Ainz Plushies and I’ve become the anime equivalent of Scrooge McDuck✨💗💰💗💰💗 ✨
it's confusing to me how common it is in a portion of the pgr fanbase to hate on the current story while they skip chapters, maybe read summaries, and look at spoilers. like they'll be complaining it's poorly written, overcomplicated, way too confusing, etc. ????
so when i read the shaper's ripples/to the galaxies/wither to shine trilogy i was thoroughly SHOCKED at how good it was bc all i've heard is nonstop complaints. come to find out, a good chunk of those players only read summaries or looked at spoilers. omg. like that trilogy has unironically become my favorite part of the story now

hiding under your dad's cape when it's pouring outside can be something very special + many years later, a smug dude with his bat-rain-poncho invention
Sometimes I just sit here and think of the fact that every time someone hallucinates Jason Todd, they hallucinate him in his Robin mantle, barely out of it.
For everything that happened, actually, I think Jason would love to die as Bruce's son — except, he didn't.
He died no one's son. He died as Robin.
But most importantly, he was remembered like that. Like no one's son, just a failed sidekick. So now, when his family wants his ghost to haunt them for their mistakes, guilt and saviour complexes, they taint their memories of a boy that was their family once by moulding him in a faceless mantle.
Isn't that just Sad.
