This is going to be a post that shares information with regards to switching from supplements to foods, and will include comparisons to the intake quantity of the vitamins; food vs supp.
much of this will be based around a high protein low fat diet for an โA Typeโ Bull Archetype (I will later be making a post about the different Archetypes of Bulls/Hubulls)
Protein
Protein is the highestย โingredientโ in semen and thus is one of the most critical to take in.
