Il compito degli starseed  è tra i più difficili da svolgere in una dimensione densa come la nostra, i figli delle stelle sono stati selezionati dalla nostra galassia e oltre. Gli Starseed ad un certo punto della loro vita, in concomitanza con il risveglio, non solo incontrano altri loro simili già risvegliati che li aiutano nel loro cammino con cui fanno un tratto del cammino ma hanno contatti con gli esseri extraterrestri e spesso il ricordo di venire presi a bordo di un loro mezzo – che altri non sono la loro famiglia originaria – e questo accade normalmente di notte nella fase onirica, in astrale, o comunque su un piano dimensionale superiore del tutto differente dal normale ‘sogno’, questo lo Starseed lo sa molto bene. Alcuni Starseed possono pure avere contatti fisici con i visitatori delle stelle nella nostra realtà dimensionale.Ma può anche capitare che di alcuni incontri non se ne conserva il pieno ricordo cosciente e possono venire rammentati spontaneamente e parzialmente successivamente nel tempo, come fosse un flash, una reminiscenza di cui non abbiamo memoria cronologica. Inoltre, altro fattore molto comune tra gli Starseed è che possono assistere ad avvistamenti di UFO e strane luci nel cielo.
