If anyone is ever wondering what hyperfocus is like, I definitely experienced it today. I work at an animal shelter and today I cleaned and fed in the cat kennels, made number stickers for the cat kennels, then I spent over five hours making us new spreadsheets and took a brief lunch because my friend made me. I’m out of things to make spreadsheets for, so now I just have a strong need to make spreadsheets and my brain is convinced I’ll die if I don’t.
Did I just half ass my final project? Yes. Will I be crushed when I get a bad grade? Absolutely.
