I feel a bigger Togaochako fan/person farther in the manga could answer this better than i could- But Toga is absolutely bi/pansexual if im not mistaken im terrible at remembering when scenes happen in the manga. Bur doesn't she confess out loud- to loving Stain (male character). Izuku (male character). and Uraraka (female character)? also i swear her and Uraraka kiss while close to their death scene as they're falling?? and Togas whole thing is wanting to become the people she loves most and drink blood from them- so her dying giving Uraraka blood is a blunt statement of love I do not think any label is put on any MHA character's sexuality by the creator but Toga literally has a problem with falling love to easily with ANYONE.
